The Los Feliz Neighborhood Council's Housing Committee has compiled a list of resources for renters facing or may be vulnerable to eviction, property owners, and landlords! For Renters: Los Angeles County and City of Los Angeles eviction protections for inability to pay rent due to Covid-19 expire on September 30, 2021. If you cannot pay your rent, you must file a declaration of COVID-19 related financial distress form with your landlord within seven days before rent is due.

There is a vacant seat in District A, and we are looking for a bright, energetic, self-starter to finish out the term.
