District E is the hilly southeast corner of the neighborhood and includes the Franklin Hills community and St. George Slope.

Here you can find the Shakespeare Bridge and a series of public-access staircases that cut through the hills and connect the winding streets. This area was also home to brothers Walt and Roy Disney, who lived at the corner of Lyric Avenue and St. George Street.

It is bordered to the north by Franklin Avenue and Tracy Street; to the west by Commonwealth Avenue and Hoover Street; to the south by Fountain Avenue; and to the east by Hyperion Avenue, which delineates Los Feliz from Silver Lake.
