Please read the important update below regarding the Riverside Drive Mobility Project Installation for February- March 2022.
LADOT and StreetsLA are working with our office and community partners to make improvements to Riverside Drive in February and March, 2022.
StreetsLA will repave Riverside Drive between Los Feliz Boulevard and Glendale Blvd beginning on 2/26/22 and 2/27/22 and continuing on 3/5/22 and 3/6/22. Following street resurfacing, LADOT will repaint Riverside Drive and implement new features between Los Feliz Blvd- Glendale Blvd to improve safety, create protected space for people biking, and encourage safer speeds.
The Riverside Drive Mobility Improvements feature new protected bicycle lanes on both sides of Riverside Drive, signage, new pavement markings, repainted crosswalks, and changes to the roadway to improve safety and better connect users along this section of Riverside Drive. LADOT anticipates completion of striping and safety upgrades by approximately 3/18/22.
Please be aware of posted notifications from the City of Los Angeles regarding scheduled work in the right-of-way and temporary parking restrictions on specific days through mid-March. Days and times will be posted on signage placed on the corridor in advance.
